FordDirect is set to deliver on a significant product portfolio enhancement as part of our digital retailing strategy for our Dealer customers. FordDirect is launching a new website choice model to Ford Dealers starting with a special broadcast on Dec. 19, 2017, and then continuing to roll out through Q1 2018.

Ford Dealers want a choice in their website suppliers, allowing for varying levels of support, design options and features in their websites to best fit their unique dealership needs. This new website choice solution allows them to choose from four website suppliers who will provide the customization, functionality and customer service support levels that will help them accelerate their websites in the digital space.

Our Ford Dealer customers will now be able to choose from four website suppliers, including: 1.) CDK, 2.) DealerOn, 3.) Dealer.com and 4.) Jazel.

The Ford Dealer Council and FordDirect’s Dealer Advisory Board have been with us every step of the way in establishing this new process. Offering Ford Dealers this website choice model is a huge win in terms of delivering on what FordDirect’s customers want – and it gives them a significant competitive advantage.

Lincoln, with the support of their Dealer Council and FordDirect’s Dealer Advisory Board, has elected to provide a single website solution, to create a best-in-class luxury experience. It will continue to work with their partners on Council and the advisory board to choose one of the four platforms that Ford Dealers will have as options.

The Dealer enrollment period kicks off to Ford Dealer customers on Dec. 19, 2017, and continues through the end of the period on April 30, 2018.
