Beth Hill is the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary to the Board and the head of Privacy at FordDirect. In this role, Ms. Hill is focused on strategic leadership of the legal, compliance and privacy functions and helping to ensure that FordDirect is a company built on trust.

Ms. Hill’s experience in law, transactions and policy in the areas of emerging technology, automotive, privacy and cybersecurity, and ethics spans over twenty years and she has a deep focus on how data continues to transform the consumer experience. Ms. Hill is passionate about building an organizational culture infused with trust through meaningful values, clear strategies, sound organizational policies and a people-first view. Ms. Hill is the Executive Co-Sponsor of Women of FordDirect, a part of the Global Women of Ford.

Prior to joining FordDirect in 2013, Ms. Hill was Senior Counsel and Enterprise Privacy Counsel for Chrysler Group/FCA (now Stellantis). Ms. Hill received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and undergraduate degree from New York University. She also has several certifications through the International Association of Privacy Professionals including the CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager), CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist), CIPP/US (Certified Information Privacy Professional), and is an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy.
