Certified Lead Management Services

The Integrated Lead Management (ILM) service routes your Ford and Lincoln online sales and service leads from ford.ca (https://www.ford.ca), and Lincolncanada.com (https://www.lincolncanada.com) and Ford of Canada Certified Tier III website directly to your dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

With this service, leads will continue to route to ConsumerLINK as a backup to the leads being provided to your CRM, however you will no longer need to log into the ConsumerLINK tool at inford.com (https://www.atfmcdealer.dealerconnection.com/sites/CanadaFinEn/Marketing/Pages/default.aspx) to obtain your leads. This will be a more efficient way of managing your leads, increasing the speed at which you can reply to your prospects, and reducing re-entry of data into your CRM.

Ford of Canada will receive disposition information from your CRM provider relating to the responses you provide to your customers. This gives Ford insight into when and how you replied to a customer, this does not include the contents of your reply.

The next steps for you are simple, please review the information below, open and complete the enrollment form, and sign off at the bottom of the form. Our helpdesk will process your request and let you know once the leads are ready to begin flowing into your CRM.
